If you are hosting a special event, you need to submit an emergency action plan.
Need to know
- Depending on the nature of your event, you may also need:
- Additional planning measures are required for events with more than 1000 attendees.
Steps
- Complete and sign the online application.
- Submit the form electronically.
- Provide a detailed site map with locations of vendors, booths, and other event components.

Within 48 hours of your event, provide us with a final detailed site map.
