Expect temporary, rolling road closures for the 13th annual Holiday Lights Parade, on Saturday, December 7. The parade, hosted by the Somerville Fire Department, will start at approximately 6 pm.
Hundreds of volunteer first responders from throughout New Jersey will decorate 70+ emergency vehicles and make their way around Somerville, led by Santa Claus. We hope you enjoy this festive holiday tradition!
New parade route
Note: the parade will follow a new route this year. This change is necessary to allow emergency vehicles access to residential areas in case of an emergency.
