GARBAGE COLLECTION SCHEDULE
A. All collection services, as described in these specifications, shall be performed on all designated days and times as follows: Monday through Friday, 7:00AM [0700HRS] to 6:30 PM [1830HRS].
There shall be no collection of any material on Saturday unless it is used as a "makeup" day due to inclement weather during the preceding week.
B. The following legal holidays are exempted from the waste collection schedule:
- New Year's Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day
- In the event a regularly scheduled collection day falls on a listed holiday, the collection shall be the next calendar day.
- In the event of inclement weather due to a plowable snowstorm or other weather event and garbage or recycling collection is cancelled or postponed entirely for that day, collection will be on the next calendar day following cancellation or postponement.
