December 20: NJ American Water is aware of taste and odor issues and will continue flushing the water system. We are anticipating 1 to 2 inches of snow tonight into Saturday morning. Black ice is possible. Residents have 12 daylight hours to clear snow from sidewalks once the precipitation has ended.

The House Decor Contest

Registration is now open for the House Decor Contest, offered by Somerville Recreation.

Enter the contest

  1. Register online
  2. Decorate your home with autumnal or halloween decorations by Thursday, October 24
  3. We will post your address on an interactive map so everyone can enjoy the decorations
  4. Recreation Committee volunteers will judge registered homes on Sunday, October 27

Winners

  • Winners will be announced on Halloween
  • A variety of prizes will be awarded to all winners!
