2023 Tax Rates

• Property Tax Rate: $3.862
• Sewer Tax Rate: $6.50/100CF

Due Dates

• Taxes: February 1, May 1, August 1, and November 1
• Sewer:  September 1 is the last day for online sewer payments. Please pay prior balances by this date and contact your financial institution to stop any automatic payments.

Grace Period

We grant a 10-day grace before interest is due on tax and sewer bills. If the 10th falls on a holiday or weekend, the grace period is extended to the next business day.

3Q 2023 Property Taxes: Extended Grace Period

The third quarter grace period has been extended to August 21, 2023. If paid after this date, interest will accrue back to August 1, 2023.

Sewer: Final Bill

The final sewer bill from the Borough covers the service period of July 1 through September 30, 2023.

Future bills will be sent by New Jersey American Water (NJAW) and they will include water and wastewater services in one bill, per Block and Lot. Online Payments

• Payment Portal: https://wipp.edmundsassoc.com/Wipp/?wippid=1818
• Fee: $1.95 for ACH or e-check and 2.95% for debit/credit cards. This convenience fee is collected by the processor for each transaction.
• Tax Payments: Use the block/lot as the identifier
• Sewer Payments: Use the account number

Cash Payments

Cash is accepted in the Tax Office until 3 pm daily. Exact change is required.

2023 Electronic Tax Sale

On October 18, 2023, delinquencies from 2022 and prior years will be sold. The last day to pay online is August 31, 2023. Payment made after this date will require a certified bank check, money order or cash.
