Notice to bidders

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Municipal Clerk, for the Borough of Somerville, County of Somerset, State of New Jersey.  All bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and clearly marked “Pool Management Operations”.  The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on March 6, 2025, at 10 am in the Executive Conference Room, top floor, Borough Hall, 25 West End Avenue, Somerville, New Jersey 08876. Specifications may be obtained at Somerville Borough Hall, 25 West End Avenue, Somerville, New Jersey during regular business hours (8:30 am to 4 pm).

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.). The Borough of Somerville reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities as the interests of the Borough may require.
