December 20: NJ American Water is aware of taste and odor issues and will continue flushing the water system. We are anticipating 1 to 2 inches of snow tonight into Saturday morning. Black ice is possible. Residents have 12 daylight hours to clear snow from sidewalks once the precipitation has ended.

Apply for a filming permit

If you want to shoot a commercial film or photo shoot, you need a film permit.

Need to know

  • If filming takes place and the public is disrupted, we may shut down your film shoot and you may need to pay fines.

Before you start

You'll need to tell us if residents will be affected by your filming activity, including if any parking spaces are required or if traffic will be impacted. If the public may be affected, you need to contact the Police department before any filming begins.

Steps

  1. Complete and sign the online application.
  2. Submit the form electronically.

What's next

We will review your request and let you know if your requested dates and locations are available. If they are, we will meet with you to discuss your filming needs.
