Black ice is possible. Residents have 12 daylight hours to clear snow from sidewalks once the precipitation has ended.

Add your address to the Do Not Knock registry

It is prohibited for any person to conduct any commercial solicitation at any property listed on the Do Not Knock registry. The list will be provided to any solicitor who is issued a license to conduct door-to-door sales in Somerville.

Need to know

  • This does not prohibit solicitation by non-profit, charitable, religious, or political organizations
  • There is no cost to register

Steps

  1. Complete and sign the Do Not Knock registration form.
  2. Submit the form electronically.
