TAX OFFICE/FINANCE CLERK – SOMERVILLE BOROUGH, SOMERSET COUNTY
Under the general direction of the Tax Collector, Chief Financial Officer and Business Administrator perform administrative work primarily related to the Finance Office and Administration but not limited to such offices. A sample of duties include; accepting payments, posting payments, cash receipting, payroll duties, creating purchase orders, maintaining financial reports, office coverage, reconciliation of accounts. Familiarity with Edmunds Financial Software, Vital, and Primepoint a plus. Knowledge of Excel required.
